So, here is what i plan to do in the coming days:

So, here is what i plan to do in the coming days:
- drink a glass of cold water in the morning
- replace tea with lime water
- exercise for 30-45 minutes in the morning
- replace snacking with eating fruits and vegetables
- no colas/ no sodas/ no artifical juices
- no candies/ no chocolates/ no sweets
- will sleep at least 8 hours a day
- 2 cups of green tea- one before leaving for office and one after coming back
- will avoid processed food as far as possible
- keep a weight loss jar pair on my desk
help me add more to this list and achieve what i intend to achieve!
