The target date is exactly 54 days from today.

Current weight: 73.5 kg
Target weight: 60.0 kg

To shed: 13.5 kg
Avg: 1 kg every 4 days <difficult but achievable>

So, here is what i plan to do in the coming days:

  1. drink a glass of cold water in the morning
  2. replace tea with lime water
  3. exercise for 30-45 minutes in the morning
  4. replace snacking with eating fruits and vegetables
  5. no colas/ no sodas/ no artifical juices
  6. no candies/ no chocolates/ no sweets
  7. will sleep at least 8 hours a day
  8. 2 cups of green tea- one before leaving for office and one after coming back
  9. will avoid processed food as far as possible
  10. keep a weight loss jar pair on my desk
